I am a strong believer in all things "quality". Why would i spend, actually WASTE my money on something that is not going to last.?I just dont get it! For instance, my husband loves the Dollar General. In his mind everything in the store is cheap & works the same if not better than the name brand counter part (typical man mentality). So when he goes shopping for household items such as dish liquid, mops, detergent, etc he goes there. As far he's concerned a mop is a mop. I however am the complete opposite. A mop is NOT just a Mop. They have different names, colors, shapes, & PRICES for a reason and frankly if the $10 mop & the $2 mop was the same the $10 mop would be out of business. People don't just spend there money for name brand things (well some do but they are NON MF'N factors LOL) just for the name, that's crazy! & Just because Generic & name brand medicine have the same active ingredients don't mean that every product on the market is like that. I'm sure there is in fact some stuff that are cheaper that work well but that does not go for everything.
I strongly think by invest in quality items I benefit in the long wrong run. So that is why i purchase high end items however i do so wisely; rarely do i buy into short lived trends unless its something i absolutely can't live without. So that 2 finger ring, name plate earrings, etc needless to say I'M NOT BUYING! I love simple, pieces that are well constructed that can go with numerous looks (ie. stud earrings, leather bags, solid color shoes). I hate fake leather especially shoes & bags. I believe a woman should always 2 things: a nice shoe & pair of earrings which is 40% of her outfit. Her looks & the ways she carries her self is the remaining 60%. I mean who likes a pretty, well dress female that doesn't know how to act? -_- But anyways! Cheap leather last about 4-5 wears give or take a few before they start cracking & busting out the seams. You'll find that real leather gets better with the more wears... Who ever said you "get what you paid for" was not lying. I don't know about anyone else but I'd rather go without something than throw away my hard earned money buying something that i know will go bad, but then again that's my opinion *shrugs*
